I can tear apart a computer, but when it comes to a car, I am clueless. I have a 99 Intrepid ES and my starter was failing but still had enough to catch, so i managed to get it to Auto Zone. The guy actually came out and showed me the steps, and even printed a sheet with instructions out. I would go to Auto Zone - the one near me was excellent.
