To repair a rear power window on a 2001 Buick LeSabre that won't stay up, first check the window regulator and motor for any signs of damage or wear. Remove the door panel to access these components, and inspect the window track for obstructions or misalignment. If the regulator is faulty, replace it; if the motor is the issue, consider replacing it as well. Lastly, ensure all connections are secure and test the window before reassembling the door panel.
