For a 2000 Chevy Venture first you need the lines. At the dealer they cost about $280. Replacing lines from Fuel tank up to under Rack & Pinion is a Picnic. But from this point there are 3 lines with quick connector that buried inside the frame through a black plastic triangle shape guide. They reappear at lover part of engine compartment but are bolted near engine cradle. If a pro can do it, is possible to be done by everybody, but many things can go wrong. Using rubber lines is dangerous because after some years rubber harden and leak, no mater how tight you clamps it. What I think to do: Buy from Dorman 3/8 x 12" Steel Bead fuel line, one 3/8 compression union, and 3/8 x 30" steel double flare line. I have to cut short about 3" long 3/8 Dorman 12" and create the double flare in one side. The bead fuel line side with a plastic connector and two 3/8 Vito O-rings goes to female quick connect of existing line. I have to cut of the pressure line inside engine compartment in a convenient area. Discard the bad part of the line through the plastic triangle. Run the new line through the hole, match lines at engine compartment, cut them off, and connect with a 3/8 compression union. To release the line from the bracket I might have to lower 4" one side of the engine cradle. I have replaced engine cradle in a Pontiac Transport, hoisting the engine from an overhead 3 T crane and jacking up the cradle, but a hate this. And about replacing all three lines forget about it. Only the pressure line if a could make it. P.S. why this double flare union. Because it is more handy to go through the hole at black plastic, and if something goes wrong it is more easy to replace.
To replace the fuel lines on a Chevy Venture, first, ensure the vehicle is safely elevated and the fuel system is depressurized. Disconnect the battery and then locate the fuel lines, which typically run from the fuel tank to the engine. Use appropriate tools to disconnect the old lines, making sure to have a container ready to catch any residual fuel. Install the new fuel lines, ensuring all connections are secure, and reassemble any parts you removed before testing for leaks.

The Chevy venture does not have fuel reset. Some cars, like ford, kia, etc, has a fuel reset, but venture not.
