go to your nearest Mitsubishi dealer and request a high beam light replacement.
If only the low-beam is out, you will need to replace the low-beam bulb. It is probably not necessary to replace the entire headlight assembly.
The Low Beam AND High Beam are in the same bulb. The procedure to change it will be in the owners manual.
To change the headlights on a 2004 Mazda 3, first, open the hood and locate the back of the headlight assembly. For the low beam, twist the connector counterclockwise to remove it, then pull out the old bulb and replace it with a new one, taking care not to touch the glass. Reinsert the connector and twist it clockwise to secure it. Repeat the process for the high beam if necessary, and close the hood once you're done.
Filament for low beam is burnt out. Need to replace.
you have to remove the whole mud flap above the tire.
I have had to replace the low beam bulbs on my 04 maz'6. It can be done. In your owners manual you'll find the indicator to which is the burnt out bulb, follow that wire to the connection and twist and pull, the bulb should come out. good luck, hopefully you have small hands to fit in those tight areas.
