How to unistall and reinstall is simple, all 1991 Chevy S-10 model truck and blazers have the main computer located on the passenger side under dash, look under the dash and youll see a metal bracket unlike all other screws with a small screw, unscrew it, and the computer should drop down, unplug all 4 wiring clips, to replace simply reverse the same steps. Be sure the clips are clean,clear and dry before reattaching them to the computer box as a result of failing to do so may lead to short circut or frieing the replacemt computer not a cheap goof up and such a easy thing to avoid, well hope i helped ~Chris Scholl From Iowa~
