This is likely a combination of many minor problems. the bearings may be worn a bit, the oil pump worn, a look at a different oil and filter may be worth looking at and a bit of a funky oil pressure sending unit. the question did not say how many miles/kilometers is on the engine and if it is light or heavy work load on a regular basis. hope this is helpfull. Personaly on my own vehicle the oil pump is where I would start.
