I have the same problem, I changed from Catback, still have cracks in exhoust mainifold changing it this week to see if it stops the problem. If not one more check is my fuel tank it is bent under the tank, might be to close to pump. I've been Italy in for the past two yrs so there fuel sucks. In mine the battery was dying. I changed that and it stoped.
