I am not sure what you mean by rear, but here are some possibilities.
It could be bad u-joints if it makes the sound right when you put it reverse it will could also make it when you put it in drive.
If you have the automatic 4L60-E transmission and i only heard this once that the reverse input clutch was so messed up that it made a clunking sound.
have to rave my truck up to 3&4 thousand RPM before it goes in to revers
Of course...
Check for a burned out bulb or could be the turn signal flasher going bad
without going completely out of your way to replace the entire rear end no they will not
when the joint becomes worn, you can tell when it is warn as it will vibrate and a clunk sound will be heard when going in to gear.
Check out the kbb.com website
no it's not going to have the LS7 engine, it's going to use the LS2 with 422 horse.
Tranni went bad, if at, shift cable broke?
Actually, they just sat there going through a dictionary and came across the word camaro which meant friend or comrad if I remember correctly.
Its going to cost my daughter $62.00 a month for a 1988 Camaro.
The clunk is probably a universal going bad, and the popping out is probably caused by worn sifter bushings
Hi, It sounds like the u-joints are bad on drive shaft.
