There is no "xlt" model Tahoe however the "LT" is the top of the line model ie; leather seats,power everything and the "LS" is the more base model cloth interior not as many options

AnswerThe Xlt is used in Gmc models which is the Yukon xlt which is just a few feel longer, the longer version of the Chevy is the surburban. Answeractually XLT in GMC Yukons 95-99 is a package XLT is the top of the line and The XLS Package is the entery level. It is mearly a difference in trip packages and cost. To correct the previous person in 2000 they changed the name of the GMC Suburban to the Yukon XL not xlt.
