you will have to use a rope and run it around all the pulleys according to your diagram but skip the Power Steering pulley and then take it back out and measure the length you need and go to the parts store and see if they can come up with a belt that size.
I'm sure you can do it and there is a belt out there that will fit but you will have to take a piece of rope and route it on the pulleys like the factory diagraphm minus the power steering pulley and then measure the length of the piece of rope and try to find a serpentine belt that size.
