Open ;the trunk and on the right side there should be a wire with a tag on it to pull to open the fuel door. On my car, in the trunk i had to pull back the lining. to do this, there is round black plastic piece that will unscrew on the side. then you can pull back the lining. the wire tag had fallen down by the power antenna. look for the silver thin wire, it will have the tag on end to pull.
You have to remove the inside door panel to get access to the door handle nuts.

Inside the trunk on the inside fender, wire with a plastic handle. If you don't see it, it may have slipped behind the material.

Either the key pad on the drivers' door, the remote, or use the key.
I don't think so.
There are at least 2. One is in the cabin, open the driver's door and it is located on the side of the dashboard above the hood release (hidden when door is closed). The other is in the engine compartment on the right side above the battery.
This will tell you how: http://www.markviii.org/LOD2/keyless_entry.htm
There is a sticker on the inside of the trunk on the trunk hinge.
Sounds like the outside door linkage either came off or is broken.
There is not an emergency release on that vehicle. You'll have to pull the carpet back to pull on the cable that goes from the solenoid to the release.
inside the trunk. look for a little door on the left side i beleive.
