No but, there should be.
is there a access panel inside a 2003 ford explorer for the fuel pump
No, but what a wonderful ideal....
In a 2003 Chevy Blazer, the fuse panel is located inside the vehicle on the driver's side. To access it, open the driver's door and look for the fuse panel cover on the lower left side of the dashboard, near the steering column. There is also a secondary fuse box located under the hood, near the battery, which contains fuses for various engine components.
You must pull off the plastic panel from the inside of the truck to access the lights.
The 2003 Chevrolet Blazer OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash; right of parking brake pedal
I believe it's 39, should say on the inside of the panel that covers your access to the fuse box.
On the left side kick panel ( drivers footwell ) remove the panel cover to access the fuses
Look under the front bumper. There should be a metal panel with a small door which says "oil filter access". The Blazers tended to use a remote oil filter.
No, drop tank
no you have to drop the gas tank
below the steering there is a panel which needs to be removed to gain access you will see it there behind the panel
There is an access door at the front bottom of the engine just below and aft of the radiator.
