It is located behind the rear panel on the passenger side. You have to remove the entire panel to access it.

If no obvious screws or cover plugs, it just pulls off. Most door panels do. May have to remove inside handle first if there is one.
The flasher relay is on the top side of the fuse panel which is located under the dash on the driver's side. The owner's manual suggests seeing the dealer for servicing of the relay box because the fuse panel has to be moved to gain access.
