It sounds like it is not getting enough fuel, check your fuel filter to see if it is plugged. It is along the frame on the drivers side just behind door. You will need a quick disconnect tool to get it off.Might not be the problem but that's the first thing I would check.Because of there location this filter does not get changed often enough.

I have a 2005 Hyundai Accent that quietly backfires only when warm the car never backfires loudly even when under extreme load can a bad timing belt replacement cause this?

A timing belt installed improperly would cause a severe loss of power if it ran at all. Check the firing order, condition of spark plug wires, distributor cap (if applicable) and spark plugs.

There could be loose rings in the engine that would cause this. The valves on the engine may also be chattering.

Can reactive power be used to power a bulb?

The 'type' of power is determined by the load. If the load is resistive (e.g. a lamp) then the rate at which it consumes energy is termed 'true power', expressed in watts. You seem to be under the impression that reactive power is 'pushed out' into a load. This is quite false; the loaddetermines the power.

Why does a 18 hp Briggs and stratton lose power under a load?

Usually it is related to fuel since the engine consumes more when worked(under load.)

How many watts the 10kw generator will consume under no load condition?

Assuming the generator converts 90% of the mechanical power into electrical power, it has an efficiency of 90%, which means it consumes 11 kW of mechanical power under a full electrical load of 10 kW. Under no load the frictional losses will still apply, but the resistive losses in the windings will not be present. Therefore the no-load losses can be estimated as 500 watts in this conditon.
