There is probably a linkage off inside.

remove the two screws from the lens, open the tailgate and remove two more screws, twist the plug from the back side of the lens to expose the light, twist and pull out the bulb
You open the tailgate and that exposes two Phillips head screws in the vicinity of the tailgate cable and latch. remocing the two screws releases the tail light housing. the lamps twist-turn into the housing.
There are some squares in the back when you drop the tailgate then pull out when it comes out twist the bulb housing and it should come out pull the bulb out and you are done.

What type of faucet is it? Is it two taps, or one, Twist to turn on/off, or push/pull? It is a one handle, twist on/off type faucet.
Below the black handle is a silver ring, you need to loosen that all the way and then twist of knob handle.

I shut mine off by crossing the wire on the sensor; strip the protective palstic from the wires and twist them together. Probably a bad sensor that opens the loop to the alarm system.

drop the tailgate. there are two Phillips head screws in the tailgate jamb. those hold the tail light assembly in place. undo, pull out tail lite assembly, unplug the faulty bulb wire harness, twist out the faulty bulb, reinstall in the reverse order.
