If you have already ordered a new top there may be instructions in the box, but beware, it is not as easy as it looks, we own a trim shop and people think there is nothing to replacing conv tops, wrong, it takes a ton of patience and some basic know how, if your a handy person, may be able to do this, if not, call a trim shop in your area. Too much information to post here. Good luck, you will need it.mxqng

You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00

You sell me the car, then you don't have to adjust it.
no , the frames are different, so are the ehxaust. gm JimAnswerI couldn't say yes without looking, but the chassis run AFAIK (convertible or not) was from 89-94. My 94 doesnt have a 'molded' place for the exaust to run through, I would think, unless there were some drastic difference I cant seem to imagine, I would think the worst thing you would have to do would be different mount points. You can pick up aftermarket exaust mounts for a couple $.
To remove the headrest on a 1993 Geo Metro convertible, first, locate the release buttons or small tabs on the sides of the headrest posts. Press these buttons while pulling upward on the headrest to disengage it. If the headrest doesn’t come off easily, check for any additional retaining clips that may need to be released. Always consult the vehicle's manual for specific instructions and safety precautions.
Never heard of a 2002 Geo Metro. As far as I know they were not produced after 2001 under the Geo Metro name.
To replace the rear wheel bearings on a 1991 Geo Metro convertible, first, lift the vehicle and securely support it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel, then take off the brake drum and the retaining clips or bolts to access the bearing hub. Use a bearing puller to extract the old bearings, clean the hub, and install new bearings by pressing them in place. Reassemble by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring everything is torqued to the manufacturer's specifications.
Unfortunately, the convertible top weatherseals for Metro convertible models were discontinued more than a decade ago, and are no longer in the parts system. Your best bet for finding a set will be eBay, a junkyard or any other second-hand source. A good set has been known to go for $50 to $100 on auction sites. The few remaining owners of these rare ragtops have generally come to the conclusion that replacement weatherstrips are mostly unobtainable, and have tried rigging up seals with parts from other convertible models. The Chrysler Sebring convertible has been reported to have seals that may work, but it has not been confirmed.
Get the manual (now available for 89-97 Metros) and follow the step by step instructions. I'm waiting for the manual to arrive.
Yes they are the same fenders in the front.
