Under normal conditions when driving at highway speed should allow the transmission to shift into overdrive.. Assuming automatic, if the O/D indicator is on when accelerating from a stop, and in most cases during stop and go driving (when transmission has not settled into high gear, or under heavy load), it should not be on. This should apply to literally any vehicle with automatic & overdrive.
If it is on when an automatic transmission has not reached high gear, it would be a symptom of an electrical or sensor switch malfunction.
I am a bit confused. Overdrive is a high gear used for highway purposes. You should always try to use overdrive unless the Jeep is under a heavy load or climbing hills. Thus when towing it's probably best to not to use overdrive.
Yeah the light bar (sound bar) should fit all Wranglers. On the 1994 Wrangler, it mounts over the driver/passenger seats head.
The A904 in a Jeep Wrangler should hold about nine quarts if empty. If doing filter service start with four. You do not want to over fill.
The 32RH is a 3-speed tranny, with no overdrive.
A person can rest the check engine light on a Jeep Wrangler by disconnecting the battery. This will also rest other warning lights on the dash.
A 2002 Jeep Wrangler does not have a reset switch.
