"First Remove the Tension bolt from the alternator and remove."

unscrew the fittings at each end of the line
take off serpentine belt and unbolt alternator
in the inlet hose on the front of the block
Raise the hood and look for the drive belt. The drive belt powers the alternator.

you loosen the bolts on the opposite sides of it. then, you change the alternater, and tighten the bolts.

On the 1993 Eagle Talon 1.8 liter 4-cylinder, the voltage regulator is bolted in the alternator housing. Open the hood and look on in the front engine area on the passenger side.
The speed sensor is located in the speedometer assembly, at the back of where the speedometer needle connects.
