Loosen and remove the caliper retaining bolts. Torx T-40 or T-45
Try a TORX T-40 or 45 Many second generation Expeditions (2003-2006) use a 9mm to remove the front caliper and a 7mm for the rear.

The T60 is the size needed to remove caliper bracket.
To replace the front brake pads on a 2002 Ford Expedition, first, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels. Then, locate the brake caliper, unbolt it, and carefully slide it off the brake rotor.
