The 1992 Ford Probe came in three different models, the GT, the GL, and the LX. All three have a?æstock curb weight of 2730 pounds.?æ
no, they are different body styles.
no, the 89-92 engine/transmissions are different from the 93-97 ford probe.
92 ford probes did'nt have twin cams
no but if you can find an 88 to 92 tranny it will work fine
Try looking for a Chiltons manual for the correct year of your probe, I own one for my 92 3.0L v6 and it's loaded with every wiring diagram you need for the vehicle.
a really big hammer!
It has 134 A the change was around 92 93
Yes 89-92 2.2l nonturbos are the same, and 89-92 turbos are the same
The oil pressure switch should be above the oil filter on the back of the engine on a 2.2L.
2783 lbs for the base model
There is no such thing! Ford Probe 89-92 93-97 In 1998 they ceased to exist! Either way if you have a 2nd gen Ford Probe GT then you have a 2.5L 24V V6, the fuel filter is on the drivers side of the engine bay kinda tucked between the tranny and the fire wall (believe the bracket for the filter actually mounts to the top tranny mount).
The firing order is 1-3-4-2, numbered from left to right as you look at the engine.
