not a truck expert, but it is in the rear axle, in the middle. it has a wire going to it on top. Pop it out and replace it with the new one. I needed one and it cost $20.00 for the sensor and I (with no car experience) installed it in 5 min. Depends on which speed sensor...the speedometer then it is on the tranny and has wires and the speedo cable going to it...if it is for front ABS there is one on each spindle..if rear ABS it is on the rear axle If your speedometer has stopped working (only starts registering when you get up to a certain speed) and ABS light is on, it is more than likely the rear ABS speed sensor. Very easily replaced (see above).
