The ECM (Engine Control Module) relay on a 1986 Ford Bronco II is typically located in the engine compartment, near the battery or along the fender well. It is part of the vehicle's electrical system and is responsible for powering the ECM. The relay is usually housed in a fuse box or mounted separately on the firewall. You can identify it by checking the diagrams in the owner's manual or service manual for the vehicle.
right side panel by feet
The ecm module is located behind the passenger side kick panel. I don't know of an ecm relay.
Bad ECM or ECM relay.
behind the panel, next to the parking brake.
Where is the ECM located on ford expidition 4.6
The fuel pump works through the fuel pump relay which in turn works through the ECM relay. This does not answer the question of where these relays are and wich ones they are.
There'll be a fuse which should be labeled as going to the engine ECM/ECU.... however, it'll disable the entire vehicle. There isn't a separate mechanism for this - it's programmed into the ECM.
Relay #428 under the hood is the ECM Power Control Relay.
i do believe it is the ecm/computer
Where is the ecm on a 03 explorer
not sure of your question, but, the relay is mounted under or behind the engine computer or ecm.. you have to remove the ecm to find the relay. It is on the inside of the firewall in the middle behind the radio. Good luck
The ECM powers the fuel pump relay
