Start by removing the two heater hoses that attach to the heater core inside the engine compartment.
Get rid of them and buy new ones if you can with new hose clamps.
Next remove the four nuts that are on the heater housing duct inside the engine compartment. Note: If you have A/C? Getting to the left side bolt at the bottom is tricky and tight.
Ahhaaaa....... This is the point I got to today and stopped because it's so darn cold out right now in Western Washington
Tommorow I will tackle that tricky bolt.
You will have to remove the glove box by taking out the 4 screws on the bottom and then open and lift out.
Remove all bolts you can see on the ducting and get those things outta there.\
I know we will need to remove the levers that operate the ducts.
