You have a bad blower motor.
i have seen a lot of the switches go bad turn on the fan and try pushing down on the fan switch and see if the fan comes on
Just to add a liitle to this reply generally if it is your fan switch not all of the speeds burn out at the same time so try turning the switch to every position if any of them turn on ur fan than its just the switch if none of the fan speeds work than it is your blower motor.

If you have no blower speeds at all check the fuse, then check the blower motor switch and electrical plug for a melt down situation, then check the blower motor itself.

you have a bare wire touching on your blower motor
Defective switch, resistor pack, or blower motor.
Defective blower motor switch, or defective blower motor resistor pack.
Blown fuse? Bad resistor pack? Bad switch? Blower motor defective check to see if you are getting power to it if so motor is bad
Blown fuse, defective blower motor resistor pack, defective blower motor, or defective fan speed switch.
More than likely a defective blower motor switch.
either a bad fan switch or a bad blower motor. Take it to a trusted mechanic.
Get a new switch.
