Defective switch, resistor pack, or blower motor.
The blower in my 2001 Honda Civic did not stop working.
You gotta start by figuring out what's wrong with it. You need to determine if it's the blower motor itself, or the power supply, then troubleshoot to determine the exact cause.

Probably a bad blower motor. Try tapping the blower motor gently with a hammer when it isn't working. It that makes it work, replace the blower motor.
You might try adding water to the engine. That is what was wrong with mine.

in some cars there is a circuit breaker for the blower motor, usually located near the fuse panel try finding it and press the red button.
Check the exhaust ignition interface. It could be a simple problem in the core module defribilator.

check for voltage at the blower motor on all settings. if no voltage check the blower motor resistor or relay. if it has a resistor it will be right beside the blower motor, if it has a relay it will be the relay on the firewall under the hood.it will probably have a purple,orange,blue,and black wires.
