The ABS Disable light may come on for a number of reasons. I started having issues after driving on wet roads. The source of the problem with my Rendezvous was related to corrosion of connectors, primarily at the two wire bundle connections under the front wheel wells - which cost over $700 to replace/repair. Repair shop told me that it's a common problem with Rendezvous and is primarily due to a poor design. Other issues I've had with my car have all been electrical - Thanks Buick!
BBaaspencer here..mine was caused by a bad hub bearing and a bad abs wiring harness.
Being a GM product I would suspect the fuel pump is bad.
It could be multiple problems. check your coolant level, it could also be your Lower intake gasket or even a head gasket.
Several factors could cause the power windows to stop working in a Buick Rendezvous. Common issues include a blown fuse, a malfunctioning window switch, or a faulty window motor. Additionally, wiring problems or a defective body control module could also be contributing factors. It's advisable to check the fuse first and then inspect the switches and wiring if the fuse is intact.
I have the same problem... was told it is a vacuum leak, possible around the PVC valve.
Slow acceleration in a 2005 Buick Rendezvous can be caused by several factors, including issues with the fuel system, such as a clogged fuel filter or failing fuel pump, which can restrict fuel flow to the engine. Additionally, problems with the ignition system, like worn spark plugs or faulty ignition coils, can lead to poor engine performance. Transmission issues, such as low fluid levels or slipping gears, may also contribute to sluggish acceleration. Lastly, a malfunctioning throttle position sensor or dirty air filter can affect engine responsiveness.
The component on the back wheels of a 2003 Buick Rendezvous that can cause rear tire wear is likely the rear suspension system, specifically the rear wheel alignment, including camber and toe settings. If these settings are off, it can lead to uneven tire wear. Additionally, worn-out suspension components, such as bushings or shocks, can also contribute to improper tire contact with the road, exacerbating wear issues. Regular maintenance and alignment checks can help prevent these problems.
yes.
The computer has detected a malfunction in the stability system. You will need to have the system checked for trouble codes. You can then diagnose for the possible cause.

what will cause a transmission in a 1992 buick lasebre to shrudderas and stall engine
These lights are probably all related. When there is a problem in the ABS system, this will disable the TRACTION system, which will inturn illumiinate the Service Vehicle Soon light. A common cause for this is there is a problem in the ABS. A faulty wheel speed senor or the harness to the sensor may be faulty. When the ABS computer (EBCM) sees a problem in the ABS, it can cause all these lights to come on. A scan of the ABS computer would be the first thing needed. Then, diagnosis of the system / circuit that is at fault would be needed. Tech JK -----------------------------------------------
