Posi-trac or broken spring in the brake.
A frozen e-brake cable is another possibility.
Short in the wiring with the steering column.
Low power steering fluid or you need a lube job.
Turning to the right, when going forward, you turn the steering wheel towards the right.
If you put it in 4-wheel drive, and turn the steering wheel real sharp to the left or right while moving forward. The steering wheel will jerk and fill funny. Are you can put it up on 4 jack stands and see if all 4 wheels are turning.

This buzzing indicates that the wheel bearings need to be replaced on your front left wheel. This can be fixed by changing the bearings themselves or replacing the entire wheel hub.
Try turning the steering wheel back and forth while turning the key.
