If this motion responds to acceleration, deceleration, turning, incline, decline; suspect the following (most likely listed first):
1-sloshing problem, possible bad tank (baffles broken)
2-worn fuel level sender
3-poor electrical connection
If it responds to engine RPM:
1-faulty alternator
2-bad gauge
3-bad gauge and dying battery or corroded (or loose) connection at battery
If it just jumps up and down whenever:
1-fuel level sender worn
2-poor electrical connection
3-bad gauge
Ultraviolet light causes sunburn
A throttle positioning sensor reads your throttle body to see how much your pressing the gas basicly. So if its bad the engine runs up and down not knowing exactly how much peddle is being pushed.
I had the same problem, on top of the brake peddle there is a switch that you have to replace, it is pretty clear with a flashlight, It knows when the peddle goes down, in my car it was white.
if you mean in web pages, you might be accidentally pressing the SPace key while not writing something, this causes the Webpage to go down. Or you might be pressing the "page up" or "page down" buttons above the arrows keys
Push down on the emer brake peddle again it will release.

Is clutch control using the accelerator and simultaneously using the clutch to control the speed of the car and coasting is when your car is still moving but your foot is off the gas peddle completely but you're of the clutch peddle to slow down????
