It would be in the under hood fuse box.
Most cases 235 degrees Fahrenheit In addition one or more of the cooling fans will come on and run continuously when the A/C is running.

check this site out....the guy is brilliant! ( I had looked all over for this answer and came across this guy. -thanks Mr. D. Moseley!) http://en.allexperts.com/q/Chrysler-Repair-807/Radiator-Fan-1.htm
If the cooling fans on a 2001 Chrysler LHS do not activate despite functioning relays and fans, the issue may lie in the temperature sensor or the engine control module (ECM). The temperature sensor may not be sending the correct signal to the ECM, preventing it from triggering the fans. Additionally, wiring issues or a blown fuse in the circuit could also disrupt the power supply to the fans. It's advisable to check these components for faults to diagnose the problem accurately.
Be sure the cooling fans are functioning when the ac is running.
Cooling fans won't stop running in the cold on a grand am gt 2001
fan2 should come on when the a/c is on. so both fans should be running when the a/c is on. when the a/c is not on, the driver side fan should come on when engine temperature gets up to 210 degrees. What would cause fan 1 to not come when a/c is running
