Whenever I need assistance to find the meaning of retrieved fault codes of any of my cars I use the "Fuel Injection Manual" published by Haynes. Looking for an answer to your question I did not find any four number code under the GM chapter of the book in reference, however I found only two number codes and coincidentally 13 means a "faulty oxygen sensor or its circuit" and 45 means "oxygen sensor or circuit-rich exhaust detected" I had the p1345 on my 2002 Silverado this week. The code means Crankshaft/camshaft position correlation. In other words the cam is not where it is supposed to be in reference to the crank. It could be the Cam position sensor, the crank position sensor , the gear on the distributor or the timing chain. The quickest and cheapest check is the distributor gear which is what mine was. It's quite common. The gear is about $60 and can be replaced in less than an hour with the right experience. The engine won't usually run if it's the crank sensor and the cam sensor is a little more.

P1345 code no distributor 4.2L 2003 Envoy what to check?
camshaft/crankshaft position corellation fault
p1345 means camshaft, crankshaft corelation means someone has messed with the distributor and it is not in sync with the crankshaft.
Code P1345 is for the crankshaft or camshaft position sensor.
its a camshaft to crankshaft correlation fault. In other words on of the three (i think) position sensors may be bad or the timing may be off some. Could be from loose rotor bug worn distributor etc...
