When the "Key Fob Batt Low" message appears on a Pontiac Solstice, it indicates that the battery in the key fob is running low and needs to be replaced soon. A weak battery can lead to difficulties in unlocking or starting the vehicle remotely. To resolve this issue, you should replace the battery in the key fob with a new one, typically a CR2032 or similar type, depending on your specific key fob model. After replacing the battery, the warning message should disappear.
Changing the battery in the key fob to a Pontiac Solstice is pretty simple. Just remove the back of the key fob, and take out the old battery. It takes a hearing aid battery, and they can be found at any chain pharmacy. Put in the new battery and replace the back to the key fob. It is now ready to go!
Stop by your local dealer and he will do it for just the cost of the batt. and you will not have to wait or worry about damaging the unit.
The battery size is CR2032. Pretty widely available at electronics stores

C200 key fob problem
You do not have to reset the key fob when changing the battery.
By driving with the key fob in the ignition.
A key fob is for instance a mini card on your keyring, for instance I have a tesco's clubcard key fob on my keyring therefore when I put petrol in my car and pay at the checkout instead of finding my clubcard I get my key fob!
I may not be right but try holding down your lock button until the doors lock?
