On the fusebox, below each fuse, written in white, it will say what each one is for. It will probably say "directional."

there is no turn signal flasher or relay on old subaru, its a combination switch, but there is a fuse, in the fuse box under the dash, the fuse isn't mark well, but says; BACK TURN (4WD-AT) if you have a gl-10 this fuse also controls power windows, i had this same issue where my turn signals and my power windows stopped working (but my hazards still worked) and changing this fuse fixed all my issues
if only one turn signal is out your looking at a blown bulb not a fuse as the turn signals are on one fuse if it blew none of your signals would work but to check anyway look in manual to find which fuse is turn signal fuse located fuse box and pull it
The turn signal flasher on a 2004 Dodge Intrepid is located in the driver's side fuse box. The fuse box panel is not accessible unless the driver's door is open. It is to the left of the driver's foot controls on the outer side of the dash.
