If you are asking, I would assume you've only seen the remake. The ending is the same as the remake, minus the baby.
Sally, the main character, is the only Survivor. Her two friends, boyfriend, and invalid brother Franklin are all murdered one by one by Leatherface, and towards the end she escapes the Sawyer household and makes for the road with Leatherface's brother (who is only referred to as "The Hitch Hiker" in this film, but as Nibbons in the 2nd film) chasing after her with a straight razor and slicing her back all up. She makes it to the road, but Nibbons is still on her slicing her up while Leatherface himself is running towards the road as well with chainsaw in hand. It all comes to a head when Nibbons hears a sound and sees an 18 wheeler barreling down on him, smearing him all over the road killing him. The truck skids to a stop right as Leatherface reaches the road, and driver of the truck gets out to help Sally, and throws a monkey wrench right at Leatherface's skull, knocking him down which inadvertantly makes him cut his own thigh up with the saw.
Right about this time, a pickup truck passes and after seeing what's going on, the guy stops and Sally slowly and bloodily makes her way to the bed of the pick up, which has now stalled out on the road. While she is attempting to climb up into the truck, the 18 wheeler driver runs like a madman down the road away from Leatherface, who has made it to his feet and is limping towards Sally, who is still having trouble getting in the bed of the truck.
Of course, the truck comes to life and she climbs in JUST before Leatherface can get her. The truck speeds down the road with the driver constantly looking behind him at what just happened as Sally has gone COMPLETELY insane and is laughing maniacally, as Leatherface stands on the road in complete defeated rage spinning around with his saw revving wildly...then the scene goes to black. The end.
Despite what the disclaimer at the beginning of the original film says, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre never actually happened. It's a fictional story. The original film came out in 1973. See the Related Question below.
No her character does not, she escapes at the end.
That is Marilyn Burns who played the survivor Sally Hardesty in the original movie, in The Next Generation she is listed "Anonymous".
For clarification: the only people who survived or died in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre are the fictional characters in the movie. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre never happened in real life. It's fiction. See the Related Question. The only character who survives in the original film is Sally. She gets rescued at the end by a guy driving by in a pickup truck. As the truck drives away, she watches Leatherface swing his chainsaw around in futile frustration, as she laughs insanely and hysterically (she is obviously quite traumatized and not in her right mind).
No, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre uses a chainsaw. Freddy Kruger from A Nightmare on Elm Street has a clawed glove.
The original film ends with the last survivor -- Sally -- escaping from Leatherface. He chases her onto a road, where she flags down a passing pickup truck. She climbs in the back and the truck pulls away, narrowly escaping Leatherface's chainsaw. As she realizes she is actually escaping for real, she starts laughing insanely and hysterically, as she is understandably very traumatized. Leatherface is left behind on the road, swinging his chainsaw around in frustration.
Chainsaw Kittens ended in 2000.

Yea, in the very end he is chasing after Sally and slicing her back up with a straight razor when an 18 wheeler comes and smears him on the road. If memory serves, the name that was stenciled on the side of the truck was "Black Maria".
Well at the end of the movie jessica biel's character is shown riding with the baby and the baby is staring at her so she will a) keep it or b) give it to the foster care
They all sat down and had a cup of tea
