The speed sensor is mounted in the top of the rear differential on a 1999 F150. Remove the wires, then unbolt the sensor to remove it.
You may have to remove your AC unit to get to it to replace it. Looks to be under and to the right of the water pump and about t 11 O'clock from the crank pully
Either because of the ground on the battery or the crank sensor on the crankshaft.
Sounds like the crank position sensor is faulty. Get a volt meter, set it to AC.Find the crank sensor on the block of the engine. Disconnect sensor and probe the two wires with the meter. Crank engine and you should have 0.2 - 2.0 volts ac. If this is not the case replace. If ok, carry out same check with camshaft sensor on top of engine. Hope this helps.
The PO135 error code on a Ford F150 indicates a problem with the oxygen sensor circuit for the bank 1 sensor 1. To fix this issue, first, check the wiring and connectors for any damage or corrosion. If they are in good condition, replace the oxygen sensor itself. After replacing the sensor, clear the error code and take the vehicle for a test drive to ensure the issue is resolved.
