You must have been fooling with the distributor. You MUST have an engine scanner to set the timing on that engine. That will then put the cam and crank sensors back in correlation / Time with each other.
Trouble code P1345 means: Camshaft To Crankshaft Position Correlation Fault

It is behind the starter, Will have to remove starter to get to it.

The crankshaft position sensor is located right above the starter, you may have to remove the starter for better visibility.
It is behind the starter. You will have to remove the starter to service it.
It is right behind the starter and bolted into the side of the engine block. You will have to remove the starter to service it.
It is mounted on the passenger side/right side in the timing cover. one bolt holds it in place.
A camshaft position sensor reads the location of the camshaft and sends that information the engine computer. This is needed for fuel and ignition timing.
That year did not use one.
On a 5.3. at the top rear of the engine, behind the intake manifold. I is very difficult to get to without first removing the intake manifold.
It is mounted in the distributor under the rotor button.
