*** Caution ***
Never open, service or drain the radiator or cooling system when hot; serious burns can occur from the steam and hot coolant. Also when draining engine coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted to ethylene glycol antifreeze and could drink ant that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantities. Always drain coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or is several years old.

hellow just wonderin if you guys know where would be the heater core on my 2003 Lincoln navigator
There are 2 if it is dual climate control
you need a new heater core
On a 2000 Lincoln Navigator, the inlet hose from the engine to the heater core is typically the lower hose connected to the heater core. This hose carries hot coolant from the engine to the heater core, allowing the heater to warm the cabin air. It's usually located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. To identify it, look for the hose that connects to the heater core inlet on the firewall.
Yes, the 2003 Lincoln Navigator does have a rear heater core. This component is responsible for providing heat to the rear passenger area by circulating hot coolant through a small radiator-like unit. If there are issues with rear heating, it may be due to a malfunctioning rear heater core or related components.
How do i cange the heater core of a Chevy s 10How do i cange the heater core of a Chevy s 10
Passengers side behind the dashboard......... This is very complex job and the book time is 8.0 hours......
How yo take a heater core out of 2002 lincoln navigator with 5.8 engine and can you do it without removing inside dashboard?
You will see 2 heater hoses connected to the firewall. These are the inlet & outlet hoses going to the heater core. Disconnect them and then connect them together with a coupler. This will bypass the heater core.
The block heater cord on a Lincoln Navigator is typically located near the front of the engine bay, often on the driver's side. It may be tucked away near the engine or along the frame. Look for a thick, insulated cord with a plug that can be easily accessed for connecting to an electrical outlet. If you have difficulty finding it, consulting the owner's manual can provide specific details for your model year.
Have your heater core check out. On my navigator there was a leakage in a tube under the passenger fender. Take it off and check out you tubes.
The entire dash must come out. It is about a 7 hour job if you know what you are doing. If you don't take lots of pictures and put things in labeled bags.
