Depending on if the truck is extended bed or not, there are either 2 or 3 U Joints. There is also a center balance bearing. the U joint replacement isn't easy as they are held together by injected plastic and need to be pressed loose using a hydraulic press. Once you have the old ones out, the new one are much easier to install. If you take it to a shop, it will probably be a couple hundred bucks.
