IAT Intake Air Temp. Check the wiring at the harness. GM had a service report out on this that the wires will probably need to be repaired or replaced when code P0113 comes up.

IAT Sensor 1 Circuit High Input
IAT sensor 1 circuit high input. Check to see if the Intake Air Temperature Sensor is unplugged.
Code P0113 indicates a problem with the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor circuit, specifically that the voltage is too high. To correct this issue on a 1996 Ford Ranger, first check the IAT sensor connector and wiring for damage or corrosion. If the connections are intact, test the IAT sensor itself with a multimeter to ensure it’s functioning properly; replace it if it’s faulty. Finally, clear the code and take the vehicle for a test drive to see if the code returns.
a P0113 is a standard protocol code. It is mandated by the EPA that the definition of the code must be the same for a Nissan, as it is a Ford, as it is a GM, a Toyoyta, etc... P0113 means IAT temp circuit #1 high input. Check te IAT(Intake Air Temp) sensor and wiring. First make sure the sensor isn't just unplugged. If somebody changed the air filter, they might have left it unplugged.
P0113-INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR HIGH When Monitored: With the ignition on. Battery voltage greater than 10 volts. Set Condition: The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor voltage at the PCM is greater than 4.98 volts.
That is the throttle body sensor
