He didn't repeat it and I had to look it up by doing a Google search that took longer than I want to admit. Here's what I found: "to rent a berth in the port, which is very expensive (€30,000 or more when we last checked, with prices going up every year) and extremely hard to find. Not only is that a ton of money, that's English pounds, not dollars!
