The cost of labor to replace a flywheel on a Dodge Caravan typically ranges from $300 to $600, depending on the mechanic's hourly rate and the complexity of the job. This estimate usually includes 4 to 8 hours of labor, as accessing the flywheel often requires removing the transmission. Additional costs for parts and fluids should also be considered, which can add several hundred dollars to the total expense. Always check with local shops for the most accurate estimates.
It's a $60 part for my year/model. You have to remove either the engine or transmission to get access to it. (might as well replace the clutch ($100 kit or $45 disk) and the $7 shaft end seals while you are in there) Can be done in a day, so it depends on the shop labor rate.

It's about 7 hours of labor. So depending how much your local mechanic is charging for labor/hour. you do the math... mine charged me 60.00/hr. and i got clutch flywheel and throwout bearing for 149 and change. plan on dropping about 500 into it.
It cost me $500 about a month and a half ago. That's parts and labor. Done at a Quality Tune-Up and Repair shop.
