Where are the Oil pressure and water temp sensor locations on the 350 motor?

The temp sensor is either (depending on the year) is on the intake manifold beside the thermostat housing or on the drivers side head between #1 and #3 spark plugs also the oil pressure switch is beside the distributor. the oil pressure switch is not always behind the distributor, it depends on if its a small or big block. if its not behind the distributor its on the driver side of the block in the lower right hand corner between the header and the oil filter.

The outside temp has been fluctuating between -40 and regular temp. AC took while to come on today when temp said -6. What is wrong?

sounds like your outside temp sensor is internally open, you will have to replace the sensor, its location depends on the model and year of your car, also the ac works in with the outside temp, if your sensor is faulty then the ac will not function properly,
