check your Power Steering pump might be going out or might be low of power steering fluid
Car wheels on the pavement.
A whining noise present when turning the steering wheel indicates a faulty power steering pump. As the pump fails, it allows air to enter the system and a distinct whine.
The noise/squeeling is due to understeer caused by the back wheels pushing too hard oer the front wheels, this can also be attributed to suspention set-up and wing set-up
Pump in tranny going bad......dealing with it now
could be where your power steering fluid is cold and thick
no it will be your power steering pump it is worn or lowe on oil
most likely bad cv joints or wheel bearings. If the bearing is bad it will produce a loud whining noise the faster you go and if it is a cv joint it will make a clicking sound turning corners or when backing up with the wheels turned.
More than likely the starter is defective.
If it is whining when turning, then air may be trapped in the lines. Sometimes filling the reservoir and turning the steering wheel back and forth will bleed the air out. Sometimes not. If bleeding the air out doesn't work then it may be a bad power steering pump. Check the pulley too.
Whining noise near belts had pulleys adjusted any idea what is causing this
the car may be low on power steering fluid
A whining noise in the transmission is usually an indication the transmission fluid is low. Check the transmission fluid and fill it to the recommended level.
