PSI is (Pounds per Square Inch), not RPMs (Revolutions Per Minute), so how is this related to a tachometer which reads RPMs? Are you referring to the Superchargers Boost reading on the boost gage? If so, this sounds normal for a supercharger with the engine running.PSI is (Pounds per Square Inch), not RPMs (Revolutions Per Minute), so how is this related to a tachometer which reads RPMs? I have an 01 Pontiac sunfire and I have noticed that the check gages light comes on when the gas is low. I have never seen any other indicator come on for low fuel.
fuel gage sender unit is faulty
I had this same problem with my 1996 Sunfire awhile ago. I took it to two mechanics and they both determined that it was a leaking head gasket and it was causing air to get trapped in the thermostat to make it run hot. Hope this helps you out. Good luck.
where its located the oil gage in a 2000 Chevy tracker mortor 2.0
What was the reading on the gage, while the system was running, before you changed it? Eight #'s pressure sounds about right but depends upon a few things. If it is reading zero with a new gage then you probably have a suction problem or there is no water flow. If you had higher gage readings before you replaced the gage maybe the filter was dirty. Have you backwashed the filter lately? k
Probably the sending unit in the fuel tank.
replace the oil pump or the engine could blow
12 gage
gage should sit in the middle
19 gage is thicker n 22 gage is thinner.
