The phrase "the car engine coughed and sputtered" personifies the engine by attributing human-like actions and sounds to it, suggesting that it is struggling to function, much like a person might cough when unwell. This imagery evokes a sense of difficulty and desperation, emphasizing the challenging conditions of the blizzard. It creates a vivid picture of the car's struggle to start, enhancing the emotional tone of the scene.
it started in 2004

Mike Morhaime is the CEO of Blizzard Entertainment.
The symptons of the London are big boils which went swolen and turned black. You coughed alot and your tongue turned black. They are the symptons of the plague in London.
Well, honey, personification is when you give human traits to non-human things. So, if we're talking about a dinosaur, you could say it's like giving a T-Rex some attitude or making a Velociraptor sassy. Just imagine those ancient beasts strutting around like they own the place - now that's personification for you!
No one knows, Blizzard does not usually announce pre-launch events until after it is started. Same goes for patches and expansion packs. They get release when they get released.
Blizzard started making warcraft 4, but then it's main focus became starcraft 2 and it's expansions. Warcraft 4 might be made in years.
No one person actually started World of Warcraft, first the team at Blizzard made the Warcraft games themselves (RTS games, try them!), and then another un-named team decided it was feasible to turn the highly successful game into an MMORPG.
i have a 1994 geo prism with 1.6 ltre motor it did the same thing except it was running and did a tune up ...but it ended up to be the fuel pump did the fuel filter and fuel pump change now running great
World of Warcraft was created based on Blizzard's previous single player game, Warcraft. After People started getting sick of Warcraft, Blizzard started to lose money. Then, an idea was thought up that blended the Warcraft experience into a MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). Eventually, they came up with World of Warcraft. It was a huge success. They put all of their time, money, and work into this, and it was a huge success. Currently, they gain millions of dollars every month.
same thing happened to my 98 ram. identical. only i was 35 miles out in the country. turned out to be the intank fuel filter. cost me $643.00 parts and labor plus a @245.00 tow from country. the pump is not all that hard to change, but when it goes out, the computerr goes krazy and has to be reset also, so i was told.
