The proper procedure for bonding neutral to ground in an electrical system is to connect the neutral wire to the ground wire at the main service panel. This ensures that any stray currents are safely directed to the ground, preventing electrical hazards. It is important to follow local electrical codes and regulations when performing this procedure.

Stay behind the bicyclist until you can safely get around him.
To perform a proper throw-in in soccer, stand with both feet on the ground behind the sideline, hold the ball with both hands, extend your arms behind your head, and throw the ball over your head with both hands while keeping both feet on the ground. The ball must be thrown from behind and over the head, and both feet must remain on the ground until the ball is released.

A proper noun is the name of a specific person, place, or thing. If you are referring to a book called 'The State of Liberty' or 'The State of Liberty Book', the title of a book is a proper noun, the name of a specific thing. If you are referring to the book that is held in the left hand of the Statue of Liberty, it is not an actual book. It is a tablet inscribed inscribed with the date of the signing of the Declaration of Independence written Roman numerals (July IV, MDCCLXXVI). Note: The compound nouns 'Statue of Liberty' and 'Declaration of Independence' are both proper nouns, the names of specific things. The noun 'July' is a proper noun, the name of a specific month.
Follow the established procedure to ensure proper completion of the task.
