the tps is set by having a digital volt meter insert the probes in the top and middel connector on the tps then turn your ignition to the on position without starting the eng the volt meter should read 0.54 volts this is the perfect setting you can adjust by losing the two screws and rotaiting the tps to 0.54 volts then turn ign off and on again and check the volts . after removing the meeter start your eng , if that is your problem !!! hope this will help
