The front and rear tire pressures are usually the same. But this depends on how you operate the Town Car, and the performance and fuel efficiency you want. I keep all four and the spare at 35 pounds. you can go as low as 28 for a smoother ride, or 38 for better fuel efficiency. I am assuming you have regular size tires, and not custom wheels and tires.
