hi, the fuel filter is located just under the brake fluid container next to the master cylinder. the filter is not expensive and is very easy to change, i know because i have done it to my 95 villager. you out... standing in front of car looking at engine, it is on the right side on firewall. big silver cylinder with rubber line coming out of top and bottom. walmart i think carries them.
