It could be as simple as a soft right front tire, check the air pressure in all the tires.
Low power steering fluid or you need a lube job.
It is on the right front bottom side of the engine.
i think that engine is a 4.3 ltr, there for the power steering unit is forward face aft lower right hand side of the engine.
right under the alternator, just follow the belt down.
its on the right side of the valve cover, near the power steering pump.
When you open the hood, it will be on the upper right hand side. It will be below the power streeing manifold.
it should be on the passanger side to the right/front of the oil dip stick whics is right by the headers
power steering fluid is low,fill with the correct power steering fluid then turn steerig wheel all the way left then to the right before putting the refill cap back on
On the right center area when the hood is open, there is a fluid cap with what looks to be a steering wheel on it. That is where you add the Power Steering fluid. Check your Owners/Operators Manual for a picture of it.
i wouldn't know --- there is no 1996 chevy venture, they started making them in 1997. However, almost all the venture fuses are located on the right side dash board, open the front passenger door
That pulley is a press fit type. There are not any threads. You will need to rent/buy some pullers for that power steering pulley.
