Power Steering fluid is low, fill with the correct power steering fluid then turn steerig wheel all the way left then to the right before putting the refill cap back on
It could be the ball bearings or the ball joints or the breaks but not to sure but that's what it was on mine.
One way to know that a control arm bushing is bad on a Chevy Malibu is from the noises you will hear when you are driving. You will hear a clunking sound. The steering on the car will also not be as good as it once was. You could also experience drifting of the car as you drive.
To stop the buzzing sound you will need to disconnect the buzzer. It is normally red plastic and located near the steering column at the top of the brake pedal mount.
Turn signal switch.
That sound is your power steering pump, if it gets worst than you should change it before it completely fails
Your car may need power steering fluid if it makes a buzzing noise when you turn the wheel.
